Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery

Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after processing. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak-season demand.

Shipping costs

Pawsm offers free shipping on orders over $59 USD. Any available shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout before payment.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours at louyaxing2@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, contact louyaxing2@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
